ACCQPrep® HP125
Preparative liquid chromatography system
The Teledyne Isco ACCQPrep HP125 was developed and designed with the ease of a Flash system in mind. It does not follow the traditional path of an analytical system, but rather this system has been designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use.
The ACCQPrep HP125 eliminates the unnecessary and complex integration parameters found in many of the HPPLC systems in today's market. Our PeakTrak® software, which currently drives our CombiFlash® product line, is the basis for controlling the ACCQPrep HP125. By using this software, the need for a standalone PC is eliminated. This results in a smaller, more compact unit with an integrated touch screen interface.
Enjoy the confidence associated with Teledyne Isco's active solvent and waste level monitoring which reduces the risk of solvent spills. In addition, all sample and collection racks are RFID coded eliminating the potential of missed tubes.
The ACCQPrep HP125 is compatible with Teledyne Isco Automation Modules and other detection systems for maximum efficiency.

Automation Modules
Teledyne Isco's Automation Modules, the AutoInjector, AutoSampler, and Column Selector, work in conjunction with the CombiFlash EZ Prep and ACCQPrep HP125 to unburden the user from some of the mundane tasks involved with preparative liquid chromatography. These three modules can be added to the instruments individually or in combination with one another for even more automated control.
AutoInjector Module
Designed for users who need to make multiple purification runs
The AutoInjector is designed for the user who needs to make multiple purification runs on the same sample. Simply input the volume of the sample you have and the number of injections needed for purification.

AutoSampler Module
If you have several different samples to purify, the AutoSampler is the right product for you
If you have several different samples to purify which may require multiple injections and different chromatographic conditions, the AutoSampler is the right product for you. Build a simple sample table in seconds, press start, and let the system do the rest. RFID identification on sample load and collection racks eliminates errors.

Column Selector Module
Automatically switch to a pre-loaded column required for your purification
Define up to four columns and thei r respective position in the EZ Prep's configuration screen for fast set up. When you select the column needed for your purification, Isco's PeakTrak® switches the column selector valve to the correct position.

- The Column Selector has positions for up to four preparative columns with diameters from 10 - 50 mm and lengths up to 250 mm

PurIon Mass Spectrometer
The PurIon Mass Spectrometer can interface with any CombiFlash® Rf+, CombiFlash EZ Prep, or ACCQPrep to add mass directed fractionation to your purification.
Teledyne Isco's PeakTrak® software provides single point control of all mass spectrometer parameters. The user can select from three predetermined ionization settings or customize the ionization parameters to maximize signal strength for the target compound. PeakTrak allows the user to define up to four mass ions for peak detection, or three mass ions and one mass ion range. Users can manually inject their sample prior to purification to determine the appropriate ionization parameters for detection of their compound.
Base Model
The Base Model has an operation range of 10 to 1,200 Da (m/z). The unit can be fitted with either an ESI or APCI ion source. These sources can be quickly exchanged in response to different application needs. The unit operates in either positive or negative ionization mode throughout the run. A fluid interface module is included with the PurIon Mass Spectrometer to remove miniscule sample from the purification flow stream and redirect this portion to the mass spectrometer for analysis.
"S" Model
The "S" Model has an operation range of 10 to 1,200 Da (m/z). The unit can be fitted with either an ESI or APCI ion source. These sources can be quickly exchanged in response to different application needs. Unlike the Base Model, the "S" Model automatically switches between positive and negative ionization modes throughout the run.
