Mechanical Load Test System

- Pneumatic cylinders, each with vacuum sucker, pressure adjustable, output up range from 2400 Pa to 5400 Pa +5% with minimum Pulling force 2400Pa
- Can perform dynamic load test, 1000Pa; 1000cycles; 7±3sec/cycle
- Come with air pressure meter; air tank; air compressor (optional)
- Loading force delivery to 12 vacuum suckers through crossbar and pillar
- Support structure. Each vacuum sucker attached with one vacuum level indicator.
- Pulling force acts between sucker and glass up to 45kg. Each cylinder
- Equipped with a vacuum meter.
- Sucker to sucker distance adjustable; 120mm ~ 400mm (center to center)
- Sucker angle can adjust within 15 degree in between joint and arm.
- Pneumatic cylinder angle can rotating within 15 degree in between cylinder and crossbar.
- Power requirement: 220V 1Φ
- Conform to IEC 61646, IEC 61215 mechanical load test requirement.
