Advanced functions for EMIA-Expert

EMIA-Expert has advanced functions to realize high performance analysis in addition to standard functions of EMIA-Pro.

High Performance Purifier Unit for Carrier Gas

Enables measurement of ultra-low carbon concentration with high accuracy by eliminating hydrocarbon impurities in the carrier gas.

High Performance Heating Filter Unit

Samples which are moist or that generate water during analysis may cause a small error for the analysis of sulfur. This is due to the evolved water absorbing the SO2 gas. Using the heating filter, the absorption of SO2 by moisture is prevented, and highly accurate sulfur analysis is guaranteed.

EMIA-V2 series Carbon/Sulfur Combustion Analyzer

 

Overview

The EMIA-V2 series measures carbon and sulfur extracted during combustion in a programmable High Frequency furnace without conversion. Combustion control is achieved through the use of the high-frequency induction furnace method. Appropriate heat-control in accordance with the analysis objective enables high-precision analysis for all types of samples. A variety of models allow you to select the furnace system that is best suited to your target samples and application.

EMIA-8100 series Carbon/Sulfur Combustion Analyzer

 

Overview

EMIA-8100 series equipped with electrical resistance furnace measures carbon and sulfur contained in such inorganic substances as ceramics and cement, such fuels as coal and heavy oil, and such high-purity metals and electronics materials as pure iron and nonferrous metals.

Temperature raising functions and automated opening and closing function of the sample-insertion aperture provide efficiency combustion and highly precise analyses.
